Deleting an old company file

We have been trying to get MYOB Team to delete an old company file but after 4 weeks of emails and phone calls the file has still not been deactivated and we are still getting charged for the 3 company files instead of 2 company files.  Does anyone know how you can deactivate a company file as obviously no one at MYOB seems to know?

    Hi JI_Hao_Lou,

     

    Just had a look and noticed you’ve previously requested to change the primary contact on your account which has been updated. With that all sorted, you can actually manage your subscription directly through MyAccount including subscription with any old company files. Steps can be found here. Give that a go, and it should do the trick! If you hit any snags, shoot a message to our Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount to assist you further.
